Empowered Self Compassion
Learn some self care strategies for coping with the emotions and feelings that may be coming up at this time. We will do a few grounding exercises to get back in our breath and bodies, learn how to talk to our kids about what’s going on in the world, and leave with a few ways to treat yourself gently right now.
