Cancelled or rescheduled classes

IMPACT Personal Safety of Colorado reserves the right to cancel a class or modify the class schedule due to low enrollment or an emergency at any time prior to the start of a class. In the event that a class is canceled:

  • Your course tuition and deposit will be refunded in full, OR
  • You may transfer into another class with no transfer fee

Tuition deposits

50 percent of your class tuition (or the equivalent in volunteer or trade hours) serves as a deposit and secures your place in class. Class size is limited and therefore it is very important that each registration is confirmed with a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

Cancelling your enrollment

In order to receive a refund of any course fees paid (your deposit is non-refundable), cancellation of registration must be received one full week before class starts.

If your cancellation is received less than one week before class begins, the entire amount paid to date is non-refundable. Any money over and above the deposit can be transferred to another class for up to one year. You must, however secure your spot with a $50 deposit.

Withdrawal and no-show policy

If you withdraw or fail to show for class, for any reason, on the day class begins or later, there is no refund at all.

This policy is in effect even if you sign up less than one week before the class begins.
